Epson 785 EPX printing 6x4 photos from computer

Plugged in tested, etc.

Tried printing a 600 dpi scan to it from photoshop. Mis aligned and
wrong size. So...

Tried printing the same photo fromt the Epson Software (Film Factory)
and ended up with a nearly correct print, but one edge printed off of
the paper (about 1/4 inch worth). The other edges (3) have a 1/4 inch
border.
Paper was loaded in portrait orientation, the Film Factor software
showed in portrait orientation for printing (image is landscape
oriented, but not an issue); and with a border.

Thoughts anyone?

Did you check the box on the paper tab under preferences for borderless
printing?

As I said below, only one edge printed over.

The prview on the screen shows the entire image inside the border.

You still don't say if you checked the box for borderless. Are you picking
the right paper type? 4x6 no perforations.
