I seem to get a lot ot ink lines on the back of anything that i prin
and sometimes on the front which is quite annoying,does anybody kno
of this problem and if so whats needed to resolve the problem,an
feedback would be great....cheers AND

Hi Andy

It could be that the absorbent foam lying under the print track is full of
shmoogoo.

I've cleaned mine in the 1270 and 1280 by soaking blue shop-grade paper
towels
(eg, non-fall-apart-crap paper towels) with Windex, folding to size, and
blotting
the goop up. Then use dry instances of same paper towels to suck up
remaining
moistness.

Sometimes the little guide rollers pick up ink also, they can be cleaned with
the same clean cloth soaked in Windex.
