Envelopes

I'm having trouble (except for the #10 size) printing custom envelopes even
though I measure the width & height as I did on my old printer. Printer
states that it's incorrect paper size. Please help me with this as I do many
custom envelopes such as Christmas, birthday, etc. cards.
 
Some printer drivers are very limiting in the paper sizes they will accept.
The workaround is to use the next larger defined size and use the margins to
make up the difference.
