Envelopes and Labels Addr. book

How do you make changes to names and addresses in the address book for
envelopes and labels? How do you delete names and addresses? (Using Windows
XP Service Pack 3)

Your version of Word would be more relevant, but the address book is
supplied by Outlook, so it is the Outlook Contacts you need to edit.
