Envelope address does not print the right direction, just started.

All of a sudden when I print an envelope, it prints in the wrong direction.
how do you change it. It appears I have it set up right.

This is usually a problem in communication between Word and the printer
driver. Are you able to get it to print out correctly by changing the printing
options (under the Options buttons in the dialog box where you set up the
envelope)?
