Envelope Address Default

I have to change my envelope address default for each new document I type. This is very frustrating. Currently, the default is set for Arial Font. I type in Times New Roman Font. How can I change the default so that all envelopes print all the time in Times New Roman Font??

You need to modify the Envelope Return style to use a different font.

See http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm

Note the envelope address and envelope return paragraph styles in the
current document template will override the ones set in normal.dot.
Furthermore, if you intend to pickup the address from the letterhead, any
manual formatting applied to the letterhead address will also be transferred
to overwrite the default.
