Envelope Font Problem

G

Guest

I have my default font for my envelope set to Times New Roman, 11 pt. When I
open the envelope without having text selected, it shows up in this font.

If I am clicked or have the inside address selected (which is also in the
TNR 11 pt), and then go to tools, envelope, it always changes it to Arial, 12
pt.

How do I get it to stop? Thanks

I had opened up my normal.dot and then changed the fonts in the envelope
screen. Is there someone where else that I should have done it?

If not, any other suggestions?

The envelope wizard uses the fonts set as part of the style definitions
Envelope Address and Envelope Return. UNLESS you select address text to
which manual formatting has been applied, whereupon the manual formatting is
transferred to override the underlying style. The answer therefore is to
properly define your inside address and envelope styles to provide the
results you require.
