Entry point

Every time I turn on my computer I get the message, "the
procedure entry point GetIUMS could not belocated in the
dynamic link library MSDART.DLL. Any way to get rid of
this and fix the problem? I don't know if it's a driver
of what. We've been having a lot of problems ever since
we upgraded to XP along with the Appian video card.
