Entry Point Not Found - error message

I am trying to install Accpac accounting software on a new
PC with Win XP installed and i receive the following
error: msiinst.exe - Entry point not found X The
procedure entry point lpkPresent could not be located in
the DLL USP10.dll.

any suggestions would greatly help!
