Enternet Explorer Encoding Diffculties

Hey I am haveing difficulties with my Explorer encoding.I
go to some web pages and they will not load crrectly.I
have to manually hit the encoding tab and reset the
page.This is begining to get very tiresome.Can anyone
PLEASE!!!PLEASE!!!! HELP ME!!!!!

setting is wrong.

Pictures Are Not Displayed on Web Sites in Internet Explorer

Others have cleared this problem by repairing IE.
Add/Remove programs/MS/IE repair...
