I have a new computer from Dell and want to go to the setup program. But
pressing DEL on startup doesn't seem to work.

Is there a special key code for a Dell?

Recent Dell computers I've worked on use the F2 key to access
Setup. If that doesn't work consult the manual that came with
your system or go to Dell's support site to access the
appropriate documentation.
