Entering data once for contact and account

I wish to set up new Accounts based on Contact information or the other way
around. Similar to "New contact in same company", where address and phone
numbers are carried over from the old record.

Have you tried copying a Business Contact to the Accounts folder (or
vice-versa)?

If you drag an item from one folder to the other with the right mouse
button it should make a copy. You can then open the new item and change
the fields you want and the rest of the fields should have the original
values.

Thanks for the tip, it worked as you thought. I am not yet used to XP let
alone Outlook BCM, I thought that would have been an automated function
