Enter Text in Text Box

I have an envelope report that contains two fields:FirstName and LastName
from a form.
Is it possible to type in prefixes or do I have to create
fields:Mr.,Ms.,Mrs. Dr.

Create a field Title (or Prefix) in the table with your names.
