Envelope address string problem with text.

Envelopes addressed to:
Mr. and Mrs. or Ms. or Mr. or Dr. and Mrs.
I inserted the word word I can't get rid of when I hit the command button to
print the envelope.
Do I need to make the word a field so I may shrink it?
Thanks.

Um, could you describe your problem a bit more clearly? What are you actualyl trying to do here? Please note, this is a forum for MS Access, the dtaabase product, and not any of the other Microsoft products...

I have a form that contains the following prefixes:
Mr. Ms. Mrs. Dr.
I have created an envelope report that is accessed via a command button.
I have created a text box that contains =TRIM and the above field names.
(Some records-clients-are either Mr., Mr. and Mrs., Ms., Dr.)
I had to create 2 command buttons because the string I created didn't print
the Ms. prefix.
