"Enter Network Password"

I am running Windows 98 and Explorer 6.0.2800. Within
Explorer every move to a new page causes a window to
appear. The window asks for the user to "Enter Network
Password." The window refers to site
1110100011o1window.info and realm "restricted." The user
can hit the "cancel" button and the window disappears but
reappears ad infinitum with the next mouse click.

I would appreciate very much some help with making this
window go away for good!
