Enter Network Password popup?

I have my e-mail on Outlook set up to send/receive e-mail every minute
automatically, however, it won't do it . I get the pop-up "Enter network
Password" every minute and have to "OK" before I can receive my e-mails. How
can I stop this from happening?

Did the provided link work? I'm having the exact same issue and have tried
everything to include the recommended information on the link.
