Enter Network Password keep popping up, even after i've entered t.

i am trying to add my yahoo account into my Outlook, however i've followed
all the steps, but every time i get to the Enter Network Password box, i
enter my password and click on the save password box. But it keeps prompting
me to enter it again.
 
Andreas, in your link you mention "Access Control Settings for Protected
Storage System Profider window". In Windows XP (Pro), where is this found?
