enter network password help

I continue to have the "Enter Network Password" box appear when I am in
Outlook. I have to continually press ok to close the box. I check the save
this password box but the dialogue continues to pop up. Any help please.
 
What version of Outlook are you using and what Windows version?

I'm using Outlook 2003 and XP version.

Try the following article for help with this -- it applies to all Outlook
versions on Windows XP (note, this article is written for OE but the solution
applies to Outlook as well. Just ignore the parts that refer to OE):

Thanks Jocelyn. I followed the instructions and did not need to follow the
How To Re-Enter Your Password section. I'll see if it works. You're a
lifesaver.
