enter key not working

Dear Sir,
I am having IBM R32 laptop,
when am working without connecting internet, that time
keypad enter key working properly,
but whenever i connect net, and try to compose mail, enter
key not working, i such case to operate enter key i have
to restart the laptop. i was already disscuss this issue
with IBM helpdesk, as per IBM I have update bios ver, load
ser pack 1for xp and IE. scanning done. but problem not
resolve yet.
pls provide solution as soon as possible.

Laptop keyboards are specific to the manufacturer. May I suggest that you contact IBM again and ask for some more guidance for your problem.
