TRIED NEW KEYBOARD BUT NO LUCK,,,,,,HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM,,,THIS IS REAL ANNOYING,,CANT DO ANYTHING
 
Try uninstalling your keyboard using Device Manager, then reboot your
PC.
