Enter Key does not work

I have a computer where ENTER does not work in a
particular user's profile. It doesn't work in Windows or
any applications. I'm sure the user has turned something
on, since the ENTER key works fine in every other profile
on this machine.

Any one know what he might have done?

I don't know of any way to disable a key for a particular profile. Odd. Is
this only in a certain application that it doesn't work? How about deleting
the profile?

Try copying a suitable user profile over the problem child's profile.
Create a new user to copy if necessary. I'd backup (copy to a folder)
the problem user's profile somewhere first, just in case...
