Ensure comma before final "and" in series

I'd like to enforce the style "A, B, and C" rather than "A, B and C". Is
there any way to do this in Word 2003?

To: Eric,

Goto: Tools > Options > Spelling & Grammar (tab) > Settings

There you will find "Comma Required before last list item"
