How do I enlarge the boxes if want to put 4 slides to a page but not have any
spaces between the slides?

One way you can do is to start a new presentation. Click File > Page Setup.
Increase the size of the width and height. (E.g. 20 Inches width, 15 inches
height.)
Then, copy and paste the 4 slides to the new presentation. See if that is
what you want.

???

Do you mean when printing handouts, or are you doing something else?
Remember, we can't see what you're doing there.

If you're talking about handouts, you can also select FILE >> SEND TO >>
MICROSOFT WORD >> Blank lines next to slides. This puts your slides into a
Word table where you can adjust it as needed.
