Enhance & Exit animations no longer available in PPT2003

Custom Animations is no longer available in the Task Pane of PPT2003; instead
I get the old pre-PPT2002 Custom Animations dialog box. I'm not sure what
exactly caused this problem but I did try installing Office 2007 in addition
to Office 2003 and it caused so many problems that I had to restore my C:\
drive using an image taken previously with Acronis. I've also been moving
presentations back and forth to another computer which is exclusively
Vista/Office 2007 (my main computer is WinXP Prof.). I have installed the
Compatibility Pack to open PPT2007 files in PPT2003. Microsoft Update is
fully up to date. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Many thanks.

Tools | Options | Edit. Uncheck "disable new animation effects" at the
bottom of the dialog box.

Resolved! Thank you so much. I'm not sure how that option got ticked, but it's water under the bridge now! Bless you.
