engine0400.dll

Everytime I start my computer i get an error message
c:\programfiles\WildTangent\Apps\cda\cda.engine0400.dll module could not be
found. How do I get rid of it. I know it came from a game, which i believe
is no longer on my computer. how to i get rid of this

Look in this registry key:


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mi­crosoft\Windows\CurrentVersion­\Run


For an entry named:


WildTangent CDA


Delete that entry and you will no longer get the message.

Thanks Carey, I also went to ms config and found the engine400.dll and
unchecked it and applies it and then i did what you said after, thank god! I
was so tired of that message it was driving me nuts, thanks again! I know
where to go for help now.
