enevelope printing problem

i created a database with an option to print envelopes. I set the paper size
of the report to one of the envelope sizes and tested it and it worked fine.

When i put in on the users computer then for some reason it is set on A4 and
when i change it to anything else it immediately goes back to A4 and doesn't
stay to what i changed it.

what could the problem be
 
Try setting the dimensions of the report itself to the dimensions of the
envelope rather than setting the report to a specific paper type.
