G grammatim Jan 30, 2008 #3 I created a document with endnotes. I want to send it to someone without the endnotes. Can I do that? Click to expand... (Word2003) Save a copy of the document under another name so you still have the endnotes in your own copy. Open Find-Replace (Ctrl-H) Click "More" Click "Special" and choose "Endnote Mark" so its code appears in the upper window ("Find") do nothing at all in the lower window ("Replace with") Click "Replace All" and all your endnotes will disappear.
