Endless Loop on Startup

Hello,

When removing a Modem/TV card from a computer when
restarting the computer seems to go into a Endless Loop at
Startup.

Any ideas please?

did you first uninstall it from the control panel?

you should be able to boot to safe mode (F8)
then uninstall it.


if for any reason that does not work...you will have to put the modem back
in
then uninstall it from the control panel.

We have done this and it is still endlessly booting. Have
you got any other suggestions. please help.

I would try booting to your windows xp cd, then running
an automated repair. If you do not have an XP cd, then
try agian to get into safe mode, but use selective
startup.
