end user license agreement box opens everytime i open outlook

I just set up a new user on the network and now everytime i open that users
outlook program it pops up with a EULA box saying to accept. Then Word opens
automatically and has the same EULA box. Could anyone help me?
 
Log onto Windows as an administrator on that user's machine and accept the
EULA...then it shouldn't ask the user to accept it any more.
