B Bob I Dec 10, 2009 #2 It's called Task Manager. Double click the border to exit "small footprint mode". Also Alt+F4 will close most any application.

How do I close it? Click to expand... You're running in what's called "Small Footprint Mode." To change back and forth from this mode to regular mode, just double-click on the border.
