end program-sample problem

Everytime i shutdown windows XP HOME i get a box come up called END
PROGRAM-SAMPLE with a option to press end program i have no choice but to
press end program but then it comes back with the same option once again i
press end program and only then does windows shut down.please help

Danny, I have the same problem with my XP Pro and cannot find any solution
except for experts-exchange.com but they wany money for the answer. Lets hope
someone has an answer.

any luck in finding a solution to this?? I have a feeling it might be
connected with Norton Antivirus-I had to reinstall my windows and it was
fine-until I installed Norton--but I might be wrong
