End Program IEXPLORE.EXE

Lately I have been seening the message
End Program IEXPLORE.EXE a lot when I am shutting down.
Does anyone know what it's cause is and how do I make it stop.

Try closing Internet Explorer before shutting down.

Thanks, but that's just it, it's not open. Every time it happens it is
after I have been using IE but I close everything out before I shut down.

Try this:
Before you shutdown | Ctrl + Alt + Delete | Processes tab |
Look to see if IEXPLORER.EXE is listed | If yes | Highlight it |
End Process button | Answer Yes.
