Encrypted file - how to unencrypt?

A

alex

In a Windows 2000 domain with AD, I encrypted a file
quite a while ago with my user account. Now I want to
access it, but it won't let me. I can't unencrypt it
either.

I used efsinfo from the resouce kit to show the
information on the file, and this is what I get for a
responce:

jobs.txt: Encrypted
Users who can decrypt:
Unknown (CN=alex,L=EFS,OU=EFS File Encryption
Certificate)
Recovery Agents:
Unknown (OU=EFS File Encryption Certificate, L=EFS,
CN=Administrator)

Anybody have any ideas? I haven't found much on technet
or the kb that helps.

Thanks
