encounters error

As soon as i go into Movie Maker the encounter error pops up before I can
do anything. I tried but won't work

You fail to mention your OS...if you are
running Vista...disregard the following
info about IE7.

Some WinXP users have reported problems
after installing IE7. If this applies to your
situation ...uninstalling IE7 may be worth
a try.
