PLEASE HELP
when i view a web page i get random words highlighted in
yellow ?
when i go into encoding and select western europe they
dissaper but i can not save the changes as when i go to
the next page its yellow again

Woulmdn't you have Google bar installed? Wouldn't you have the "Toggle
highlighting" buitton pressed?
