enbedded (pain in the u now what) please help

there is a window or windows that keeps popping up when I
am online (a grey box) with spam in it interrupts my
game play online an any thing else that I am doing all I
can do is close it until I got the Ideal too hit ctrl alt
delete an then click goto process and the the file that
showed was (csrss.exe)I clicked on properties an the
location is Windows\system32 I went there thinking to
just delete (csrss file but it is part of the system
file an I am now confused an angry ....Plese help thanks

And why are you angry at us?
We dealing with Windows XP Embedded.

Go to windowsxp.general NG, or other appropriate NG.

This happens when you let spyware or adware programs to install :)

You're in the wrong group, but this one has been asked a
lot - you might want to try searching with
groups.google.com before posting next time, as that will
often come up with the answer you're after.
If they're messenger popups you can stop them by going
into the services control panel and disabling the
messenger service. It's basically an abuse of a messaging
system that's handy in an office situation, but possible
to use over the internet as well - though that's certainly
not what it was intended for.
