Enabling Java in IE6 & XP Pro SP1a

I am unable to view radar loops on the NOAA weather site.
It says I need to enable Java..

I have "Java 2 Runtime Environment" on the PC. What do I
have to do to "enable" it? Java script is enabled in the
Security menu?

How can I make this work?

Rt click the IE icon; Properties > Advanced and verify there is a check in
Java.
