Enabling cookies

I CAN'T SEEM TO ENABLE MY COOKIES.I WENT TO THE TOOLS
BOTTON AND TYHEN TO INTERNET OPIONS BUT COULDN'T FIND TYHE
COOOKIES SECTION IN MY COMPUTER TO ENABLE.I HAVE INTERNET
EXPLORER 6.WHAT SHOULD I DO?
