Enable Web Content In Folders

where did enable web content go in win xp?
i can not find the setting anywhere. KB# 291102.
in windows 2000 pro i was able to view folder in 'web'
mode with the directory tree. this allowed me to
instantly "see" a file when mousing over.

You set it in the exact same place as 98 (Folder Options - General), its been renamed to Common Tasks.
