enable policy setting

Hi,

Some Policy settings can be "enabled", "disabled"
and "not configured".

Why 3 choices ? Would it not be sufficent to have just
the option of "enable" and disabled"?

Enabled = on, disabled = off, not configured = neither. When a policy is
not in use, you don't want it turned on or off, thus, Not Configured.
