Enable other programs to use Outlook to send email

I am a teacher, and I use a program called Grade Machine to send grade
reports to the parents. I use Outlook Express because it will not flash a
message that says, "Another program is attempting to use Outlook to send
email. Is this ok?" I have to click OK each time. With Outlook Express, it
sends it automatically but only after I change the default email program to
Express through Tools - Internet Options - Programs.
I noticed that, in Express, I can go to Tools - Options - Security and
clear a box that says, "Warn me when other applications try to send mail as
me."
I cannot find such a box in Outlook.
Does anyone know how to accomplish the same function in Outlook? If so,
I should be able to use Outlook to send grades as I send them in Express.
Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can offer.

Currently that is not being controlled by Outlook but by the program that
tries to use Outlook. If it does this in a secure way or by using Redemption
then you will not get a security prompt. In other words; Grade Machine needs
to address Outlook in a safe way.

Tips of the month:
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
-Creating a Permanent New Mail Desktop Alert in Outlook 2003

Thanks for the help. It looks as if I am stuck because Grade Machine does not
allow such changes, as far as I know. I will check again, though.

Many thanks again. If Diane's hint does not work, I will try the product
listed on the page that you suggested.

Many thanks. I have already made the change in Regedit, and I will see if it
works.

I changed the Regedit according to the directions and rebooted the machine.
Sorry, but it did not work. However, I did not see the link to clickyes. I
will give it another try.
