ENABLE MACROS!!!

Please, please, tell me how to enable macros again? I don't know what I did but
it says macros are disabled, even though I am not using them, it pops up a message
every time I try and type in one number.

I hate microsoft.

Not in this case. I typed "enable macros" in the help box at the top right
corner, picked the "about macro security" choice, and got the right
information from Help.
