enable macros?

everytime i get into outlook, it says "some files may
contain macros", and gives me the options "enable macros"
and "disable macros".

even when there is nothing in my inbox, it still brings
up the same message. why?

You have a vbaproject.otm file that has a macro. See Tools | Macro |
Security to adjust security or Tools | Macro | Visual Basic Editor to see
what macros are on the machine.
