Enable Macros Question

I have a simple 4 radio button group doc. Is there a way to distribute this
so that everytime it's opened macros are enabled on it? I know by default you
have to select the yes or no to enabling macros everytime you open anything
in Office with macros, unless you turn down/off your security settings.

Trying to replace a current procedure by doing this. Anyone have any
additional resources on macro security, also?
