Enable hyper-threading after installation

After installing Windows Advanced Server 2000 on a new
machine, I realised that I have forgotten to enable hyper-
threading in BIOS prior to the installation.

After the installation, I enabled hyper-threading in BIOS
and rebooted the system, but unable to get multiprocessor
to show up. i.e the OS is still running uniprocessor.

How can I activate multiprocessor without reinstalling the
OS? Can I run Windows Advanced Server Repair instead?
