Enable drag and drop Subject change in Journal entries Offic 2003

In versions of Outlook before Office 2003, I could drag and drop Journal
entries sorted by Subject from one group to another and have all entries
Subject change at once. As far as I can tell this option is no longer
provided in 2003. Am I missing an option I must select or is it just not
available anymore?
