Perhaps you have not noticed that DL's are not a preferred way to group
Contacts. They hang around as legacies, but are not being developed. Use
Categories or separate Contact subfolders to group Contacts.

Hi Russ, if I can chip in here for a mo' with a supplementary question. I
totally agree with you re distribution lists, but when I initiate a new
email message using catagories it dumps all the addresses into the "To:"
field. I don't want them there, but in the "CC:' or "BCC:" fields. Is there
a way to get them there using "dynamic" distribution lists - i.e. catagories
and the "Actions" menu? Many thanks.

Thanks Russ, I figured that one, but just thought there might have been a
better way of doing it. Mind you, I can remember when "cut & paste" was THE
NEW THING, and as for drag 'n' drop; well, that was so cutting edge. So
perhaps I should be a little more patient with the system. Thank you for
taking a moment to respond.

Kind regards, Peter.
