enable disable on video card

I just saw, for the first time, a jumper on the video card. It's set to dis,
disable, on the 2 & 3 prongs. The numbers & letters above it say RP38 INTVGA.
I'd like to know what the jumpers are for, and maybe what the letters stand
for also? The card is an ATI 3D Rage Pro Turbo AGP, P/N 109-49800-11, 1998
ATI Technologies INC. I guess it is an old graphics card, all it has is a
VGA, video graphic array, connector. There are 2 settings ENA and DIS. I'm
not sure where this card came from, I found it lying around. Any help would
be appreciated.
Thanks, attilathehun1

You've posted this in the wrong place, attilathehun1. If you're trying to disable the on-board video, check the Motherboard manual that came with the system. Or you may post this question in a hardware related forums.
