Enable/Disable Macros prompt

I dont want to have this enable macro prompt to show up every time I run a
custom form.
Below is a link that says if I publish the form versus saving or save as
users will not get this message. However, I have published it and I continue
to get this message.

Anyone know why??

I did publish it and launched it from a Public folder on our Exchange
server. When I uncheck the "Send form definition with this item" box it wont
allow the user to forward or reply. Is ther any other way around this?
Thanks!

Are you launching it from the published version? Did you clear the "Send
form definition with item" box?

Why don't we deal with what sounds like the real problem -- that the user can't forward or reply? What symptoms are you seeing? What forms are the Reply and Forward actions on the form's (Actions) page set to?
