Paul

When logging into different sites, such as Passport.net
(hotmail), e-bay, Monster.com, etc., am unable to access
information. Continually instructed to "enable
cookies". Have followed all instructions as to set-up to
no avail. No change, still cannot "enable cookies" per
instructions. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated. Thank You!

Do you have a 3rd party application running that is
capable of blocking cookies? For example if you have a
pop-up blocker running, some of these programs also block
cookies.

Hello Paul,

Maybe I can help you with your problem regarding "enable
cookies". Try this one if this will work :

1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Choose Appearances and Themes category.
3. Invoke on "Taskbar and Start Menu".
4. From the Taskbar and Start Menu properties dialog, Go
to the "Start Menu" Tab and then Click customize button.
5. Go to "Advance tab" and Click Clear list button to
clear recent opened documents.
6. Afterwards, run your Internet Explorer and Go to
Internet Options located at the tools menu of your IE.
7. Press "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files" one at a
time then try to access the internet sites you've
mentioned below if it will work.
